Every service. Every price.

You shouldn’t have to sit through a discovery call to find out what IT costs. So here it is: every service we sell, every published price, and a calculator that adds up your stack while you read. We’re a small American business too — we know what an unexplained invoice does to a month.

·· 01 ·· Build your estimate

Add up your stack.

Move the sliders to match your business and watch the monthly total settle. These are our real published prices — the same ones your contract will carry. Send it over and we’ll put a written quote in your hands within one business day.

·· 02 ·· Before you commit

The risk sits with us, not with you.

We know the feeling: you sign, the invoices start, and you find out later what was really in the deal. So we put the parts that usually go sideways in writing, up front — and when you call, you get a technician who already knows your environment, not a queue. Still have a question? Ask Iris — no email required.

A technician who knows you answers.

You get a dedicated technician who learns your network, your software, and your people — so nobody makes you re-explain your setup at the worst possible moment. We’re remote-first and proactive by design, and we’ll be there in person when it matters. The point of the model is that it rarely has to come to that. We’re not break-fix.

Your quote matches this page.

The estimate above uses our published prices, and your contract matches it line for line. If something in your environment genuinely needs a different number, we say so before you sign — not on the third invoice. No bundle math, no discovery fees.

Our response time is in writing.

Initial response within one business hour for managed clients, and onsite the same or next business day depending on severity. That isn’t a marketing line: the SLA published on this page is the SLA printed in your agreement.

No pricing games, ever.

Your price is locked for the first twelve months. After that, any annual adjustment follows CPI and is capped at 5%. Add a service any day and it prorates to the day. The exit terms are printed in plain language further down this page, not buried in an appendix.

·· 03 ·· What you’re paying for

What each service actually covers.

Nine line items, no bundling tricks. Here’s the one-line version of each; the full story — everything we monitor, patch, and stand behind for that flat fee — lives on the service page behind it.

Managed Endpoint $79per device / month

Every workstation and laptop your team touches — threat detection, 24/7 monitoring, patching, backup, and unlimited remote support. Billed per device, so shared machines are covered fairly.

the full story →
Managed Inbox $20per mailbox / month

Email is still how most attacks reach a small business. Administration, anti-phishing, cloud threat detection, and Microsoft 365 backup, in one flat per-mailbox fee.

the full story →
Managed Site From $149per location / month

The firewall, switches, and wireless everything else runs on — managed, monitored, and updated, with real onsite hours built into all three tiers.

the full story →
Managed Server $149per server / month

Your heaviest lifter. Round-the-clock monitoring, security stack, OS patching, and hardware health checks. Backup is chosen separately so it matches what the server actually does.

the full story →
Managed Domain $29per domain / month

The one asset every mailbox and login depends on — and the one nobody at your office owns. Registration, renewal, DNS, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC, all under management.

the full story →
Managed AI From $299per environment / month

Your team already uses AI. This puts those tools on the right plan, scoped properly, with a written answer to where your clients’ information goes. Four tiers, priced per environment.

the full story →
Managed Website From $149per website / month

Your designer builds it; we put it online and keep it there. Hosting, certificate, firewall, uptime monitoring, full version history, and content hours each month for your edits.

the full story →
Cloud Backup $79per 2TB / month

File-level backup to secure offsite storage — the answer to a deleted folder, a corrupted file, or ransomware. Recovery is typically measured in hours.

the full story →
Backup Appliance $279per 2TB / month

An onsite appliance taking full image-level copies, so an entire server comes back — not just its files. For domain controllers, line-of-business systems, and CJIS or HIPAA environments.

·· 07 ·· Incentives & discounts

We reward commitment.

Lock in pricing, consolidate locations, prepay, refer. The more meaningful the relationship, the more value we return. Discounts stack.

5%
24-month agreement

Lock in pricing and reduce your total cost by committing to a longer term. Applies to the full monthly invoice.

10%
36-month agreement

Three-year commitment, biggest term discount. Stacks with prepay and multi-location.

3%
Annual prepay

Prepay 12 months of service in advance for an additional 3% off. Stackable with term commitment discounts.

5%/site
Multi-Location

5% off each Managed Site after the first, up to a maximum of 15%. Applies to the Managed Site fee only.

1 mo
Referral credit

Refer a new client who signs an agreement and we credit your account one month of your Managed Endpoint fees. No limit on referrals.

Example. A 15-device client with one Managed Site, one Managed Server, and Cloud Backup pays $1,892 / month at standard 12-month pricing. With a 36-month agreement and annual prepay, the same client pays approximately $1,646 / month — saving roughly $2,950 per year while locking in pricing for three years.
·· 08 ·· Agreement terms

What you’re signing.

Plain language. Same terms in your contract that we publish here.

  • 12-month minimum agreement to start
  • 24-month and 36-month agreements available with discounts (see Incentives)
  • Payment via ACH autopay on the invoice due date as the default method
  • Credit card payments accepted; processing fees passed through from the payment processor
  • Written notice required for termination after the initial term — length depends on your agreement
  • Pricing is locked for the first 12 months; after year one, an annual CPI-based adjustment applies, capped at 5%
  • Term commitment discounts are calculated against the adjusted price each year
  • Hardware and equipment purchases billed separately at cost plus 25% minimum
  • Net 15 payment terms
·· 09 ·· Common questions

The questions every owner asks first.

Short answers. The full set lives on our FAQ page.

What if I need to add or remove services?

Add at any time, prorated to the day. Removing a service follows the terms of your agreement — we’ll usually flag the change ourselves at the QBR if your stack has shrunk.

Is there a long-term contract?

The standard agreement is a 12-month minimum, with 24- and 36-month options that carry discounts. Termination notice after the initial term depends on which agreement you signed — it’s spelled out plainly in your contract.

What happens when something breaks at 11pm?

After-hours emergency work is available on request and quoted as needed. During business hours, the help desk responds within one business hour for managed clients, with same or next business day onsite depending on severity.

Do you provide hardware?

We procure it for you and pass through the cost. Hardware billed separately, never bundled into surprise charges, and the warranty registers to us so we handle RMAs.

What if I outgrow my plan mid-year?

We’ll catch it at the next QBR or sooner if usage spikes. New devices, users, or sites are added at the published menu price, prorated to the day you sign off.

Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?

Managed Inbox covers the management, security, and backup of your mailboxes. The Microsoft 365 license itself is billed separately — we can provide it through Micro-IT, or you can hold it directly.

Is there a setup fee, and what does it cover?

Yes, and it’s published above, not discovered on an invoice: $185 per device and $895 minimum per new site. It covers agent deployment, security configuration, baseline hardening, documentation, and the coordination work of the first month.

How do I cancel, and does it cost anything?

After the initial term, written notice per your agreement — the notice length is printed in the contract, in plain language. No cancellation penalty beyond that notice, and your documentation and passwords leave with you.

Can I change services mid-month?

Yes. Additions take effect the day you sign off and are prorated to the day. If your stack shrinks, we’ll usually flag it ourselves at the QBR before you have to ask.
