Managed Endpoint
$79/ device / month

Complete protection and management for every workstation, laptop, or shared computer your team depends on. Billed per device rather than per user, which means clients with multiple devices per person — or shared systems without a dedicated user — are covered fairly and clearly.

Managed Inbox

Email is still the most common way attackers try to reach your business. Managed Inbox combines administration, advanced security, and backup into one flat per-mailbox fee — covering every Microsoft 365 mailbox you rely on.

Applies to all licensed user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups under management. Microsoft 365 licensing is billed separately and can be provided through Micro-IT or held directly by the client.
Managed Site

Every office location with network equipment receives a Managed Site plan. Your network — the firewall, switches, and wireless — is the foundation everything else runs on. Managed Site keeps it healthy, secure, and supported, with real onsite hours built into every plan.

Site — Small
$149 / mo
Per location · 1 hr onsite / month

Light network infrastructure — typically a small office with one firewall, a switch or two, and a handful of wireless access points. No dedicated server.

Site — Standard
$329 / mo
Per location · 3 hrs onsite / month

Our most common site plan. Fits the majority of small business locations: a firewall, up to four managed switches, up to eight wireless access points, single-network configuration.

Site — Complex
$649 / mo
Per location · 6 hrs onsite / month

Larger offices, multi-building campuses, or compliance-driven environments (CJIS, HIPAA). Redundant or multi-WAN firewalls, multiple switches with segmentation, ten or more APs, advanced routing.

Managed Server

Servers carry the heaviest load in most small business networks — running line-of-business applications, hosting files, and authenticating users. Managed Server keeps each server patched, monitored, secured, and supported. Backup is added separately so you can match the recovery method to the role of the server.

Cloud Backup

File-level backup to secure offsite cloud storage. Recovers your data and files in the event of accidental deletion, corruption, ransomware, or hardware failure. Recovery is typically measured in hours.

Best for: standard production servers, file servers, and application servers where the priority is recovering data, not entire systems.
Backup Appliance
$279/ 2TB / month

Onsite backup appliance with full image-level capture and local redundancy. Recovers entire server systems and supports failover, with recovery typically measured in minutes rather than hours.

Best for: mission-critical servers — domain controllers, line-of-business systems, and environments with compliance or downtime requirements such as CJIS or HIPAA.

Lock in pricing and reduce your total cost by committing to a longer term. Applies to the full monthly invoice.

Three-year commitment, biggest term discount. Stacks with prepay and multi-location.

Annual prepay

Prepay 12 months of service in advance for an additional 3% off. Stackable with term commitment discounts.

Multi-Location

5% off each Managed Site after the first, up to a maximum of 15%. Applies to the Managed Site fee only.

Referral credit

Refer a new client who signs an agreement and we credit your account one month of your Managed Endpoint fees. No limit on referrals.

Example. A 15-device client with one Managed Site, one Managed Server, and Cloud Backup pays $1,892 / month at standard 12-month pricing. With a 36-month agreement and annual prepay, the same client pays approximately $1,646 / month — saving roughly $2,950 per year while locking in pricing for three years.

What if I need to add or remove services?

Add at any time, prorated to the day. Removing a service follows the terms of your agreement — we'll usually flag the change ourselves at the QBR if your stack has shrunk.

Is there a long-term contract?

The standard agreement is a 12-month minimum, with 24- and 36-month options that carry discounts. Termination notice after the initial term depends on which agreement you signed — it's spelled out plainly in your contract.

What happens when something breaks at 11pm?

After-hours emergency work is available on request and quoted as needed. During business hours, the help desk responds within one business hour for managed clients, with same or next business day onsite depending on severity.

Do you provide hardware?

We procure it for you and pass through the cost. Hardware billed separately, never bundled into surprise charges, and the warranty registers to us so we handle RMAs.

What if I outgrow my plan mid-year?

We'll catch it at the next QBR or sooner if usage spikes. New devices, users, or sites are added at the published menu price, prorated to the day you sign off.

Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?

Managed Inbox covers the management, security, and backup of your mailboxes. The Microsoft 365 license itself is billed separately — we can provide it through Micro-IT, or you can hold it directly.
