Will the discovery call be a sales pitch?

No. It's 30 minutes of questions about your setup. If we're not a fit, we'll say so — and point you somewhere that is.

Do you have to come onsite?

Most issues we solve remotely in minutes. Every Managed Site plan includes onsite hours sized to the location (1 / 3 / 6 hours per month for Small / Standard / Complex), used same-day for client emergencies within driving range of our offices.

Can we keep our existing tools?

Usually yes. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your line-of-business apps — we manage what you have, not what we sell.

How quickly can we onboard?

Onboarding follows four phases — discover, stabilize, optimize, operate — and duration depends on size and complexity. Small single-location offices clear the first three phases in a few weeks; larger or compliance-driven environments take longer. Emergencies we accelerate.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — before any technical detail leaves the room. Just send yours, or use ours.

Are you HIPAA / PCI / CJIS aligned?

Yes — HIPAA-aligned workflows with BAA on file, PCI-aware retail and hospitality, and CJIS-aligned policies and evidence files for municipal / law-enforcement environments. We don't issue compliance attestations; we make audits dramatically easier when they arrive.
