We’re not currently hiring.
But we grow slowly and hire deliberately, so we always want to meet good people. If managed IT is the work you’d rather be doing, send a résumé — we’ll keep it on file and reach out when the seat opens up.
Who we tend to hire.
We’re a small managed-IT shop that prefers prevention to heroics. The technicians we keep are the ones who document before they ship, ask the awkward question on the kickoff call, and treat a quiet week as the win it actually is.
No open roles posted right now. Résumés are kept on file, reviewed when we open a seat, and never used for cold outreach.
Micro-IT is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
We keep résumés for 12 months, then delete them — email support@micro-it.net any time to have yours removed sooner.
What stands out on the résumés we keep
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 administration
- UniFi or comparable network experience
- Comfortable owning a ticket end-to-end
- Writes things down without being asked
- Has done at least one onboarding cleanup
- Calm under client pressure
How to reach us.
The fastest way is the contact form with “careers” selected — it routes to the same place either way. If you’d rather just send a résumé and a paragraph about what you’re looking for, email support@micro-it.net and put “Careers” in the subject line.
We read everything that comes in. If we have a fit on file when we open a seat, we’ll reach out before we post.
We’d rather meet you early than post an ad and hope.
Growing slowly means we’re picky about who joins, and that we’d genuinely rather have a résumé on file from someone good than scramble when a seat opens. If that’s you, send it — we read every one.
