Home/Services/Managed Website

Your website, hosted by the people who answer the phone.

Your designer builds it. We put it online, keep it fast and defended, and make the changes you ask for. One number to call when something needs to move.

The problem

A small business website usually ends up in one of two places. It sits on a builder platform nobody at the company can log into, or it sits on a hosting account that belonged to whoever built it, three vendors ago.

Either way the pattern is the same. A small change waits weeks because the only person who can make it has stopped answering. The certificate expires on a Saturday. Nobody has a copy of the site, so a bad edit is permanent. And when the site is compromised, it is your name in the browser warning, not the platform's.

None of that is a design problem. It is an operations problem, which is the part we already do for everything else you run.

What we do

Put it online properly

We take the finished site from your designer and deploy it on Cloudflare. Certificate issued and renewed, records pointed correctly, headers set the way they should be.

Defend it

A web application firewall, bot filtering, and denial-of-service absorption in front of every page — the same infrastructure that protects far larger targets than yours.

Keep a copy of every version

The whole site lives in version control. Every change is recorded, and any change can be undone in one step. There is no state of the site we cannot get back to.

Make the changes you ask for

Content hours are built into every plan. New staff photo, updated hours, a page for the thing you just started offering — send it to the same place you send everything else.

What it works with

Any finished site your designer can hand over as files — a static site, or one built with a modern site generator. If your site runs on WordPress or another content management system, we do not host that origin, but we can still put our records, certificate, and firewall in front of it under Managed Domain.

What's not included

We do not design, build, or write websites. That stays with your design and marketing firm, and we are glad to recommend one. Branding, copywriting, photography, search-engine campaigns, and paid advertising are outside this service, as are payment processing and its compliance scope, custom application development, and hosting or patching a content management system. We are responsible for the site being online, defended, and current with the changes you send us — not for the accuracy or legal compliance of the words on it, and not for the uptime of third-party tools embedded in your pages.

Plans

Standard
$149
per month · 1 content hr / mo

A brochure site of roughly ten pages with forms that go to email. Hosting, certificate, firewall, monitoring, version history, and an hour a month for the changes you send.

Business
$299
per month · 3 content hrs / mo

A larger site with a real change cadence. Adds a staging environment where you can see a change before it goes live, form integrations into the tools you already use, and redirect and metadata upkeep.

Complex
$599
per month · 6 content hrs / mo

One site, but a genuinely complex one — more than one language, or pages that do something beyond publishing. Adds commerce and membership embeds, an accessibility review, a performance budget, and change control on what goes live.

Content hours are yours for website work and nothing else. Unlike the block hours on your service agreement, an onsite visit can never spend them — so a busy month at your office does not cost you the change you asked for on your site.

Priced per website, so three locations sharing one site pay for one — and three websites are three plans, at whatever tier each one warrants. Unused content hours carry forward for six months. Work beyond the allowance draws from your block hours if you have them, then bills at the rate on your agreement. Term and annual-prepay discounts apply as they do on every plan. The multi-site discount does not — that one is for physical locations.
