Complete protection and management for every workstation, laptop, or shared computer your team depends on. Billed per device rather than per user — clients with multiple devices per person, or shared systems without a dedicated user, are covered fairly and clearly.

What's included

Every device under our care gets the same baseline configuration: EDR running, patches current, web filtering on, password vault deployed. We standardize the fleet so a problem on one machine has a known answer instead of a custom investigation.

What "fully managed" actually means

You stop deciding when something gets patched, when an antivirus license is up for renewal, or whether a suspicious login is real. We own those decisions inside a documented policy, and we report on the outcomes during your quarterly review. If a device drops off the grid, an alert reaches a technician — not a queue.

What's not included

The hardware itself isn't part of the monthly fee. Hardware and equipment purchases are billed separately at cost plus 25% minimum, and the warranty registers to us so we handle RMAs. Major projects (a full fleet replacement, a Windows version cutover, an office move) are quoted separately as project work. Onboarding new devices after the initial agreement is a one-time $185 per device.
