Most data loss is not a hacker breaking in. It is a folder deleted in a hurry, a file corrupted mid-save, a drive that quietly gives out — or ransomware that got further than it should have. Without an offsite copy, any of those turns a Tuesday afternoon into a week of rebuilding from memory.
A backup sitting on a drive plugged into the server it protects is a copy, not a recovery plan. The same fire, flood, or encryption event that takes the original takes it too.

File-level backup to secure offsite cloud storage, sized in 2TB blocks to match the server's actual footprint.
Keep it truly offsite
The copy lives somewhere else, on purpose — not on a drive that shares the same building, power, or network as what it protects.
Recover in hours
A restore request becomes files back in hours — the right speed when what's needed is the data, not the whole machine as it stood.
Tell you when hours aren't fast enough
If a server's role calls for minutes instead of hours, we say so, and point you to the Backup Appliance rather than sell you the wrong recovery time.
What’s not included.
Cloud Backup is file-level, not a full image of the machine — bringing back the operating system and configuration, or standing in for a failed server while it's rebuilt, is what the Backup Appliance does. Cloud Backup is priced per 2TB block and sold alongside Managed Server; it does not include server monitoring, patching, or threat detection on its own.
