Does Managed Server include backup?
No, and that's deliberate. Backup is priced and chosen per server — Cloud Backup at $79 per 2TB/month for hours-to-recover, or the Backup Appliance at $279 per 2TB/month for minutes-to-recover. A domain controller and a file server holding old scans don't deserve the same plan or the same bill.
What operating systems do you support?
Windows Server and Linux, whatever runs your line-of-business application. The monitoring, patching, and threat-detection stack are platform-appropriate either way.
How is the $149 priced if we have more than one server?
Per server, per month — three servers are three lines at $149 each. Term and annual-prepay discounts apply the same way they do on every other plan.
Do you handle the hardware itself, not just the software?
We monitor hardware health — disk, memory, and thermal status — and flag or replace failing components before they cause an outage. Procuring new server hardware is quoted as project work when you need it.
