Managed Endpoint EDR, 24/7 SOC monitoring, patching, web filtering, image-level backup, security awareness, password vault, unlimited remote support. Every laptop is a way in. This is the layer that stops ransomware, keeps software current, and gets people working again fast when something breaks.
Managed Inbox Microsoft 365 mailbox administration, advanced anti-phishing, SaaS backup, identity oversight, mailbox health monitoring. Email is the #1 path for breaches and wire fraud. We lock down the inbox, back it up, and watch the identity behind it.
Managed Site — Small Light infrastructure: one firewall, a switch or two, a handful of APs. 1 hour onsite / month. Right-sized for a single small office — the network just works, and someone is onsite when it doesn't.
Managed Site — Standard Most common: firewall, up to 4 switches, up to 8 APs, single-network. 3 hours onsite / month. The typical one-location business: reliable switching and Wi-Fi, with monthly hands-on time built in.
Managed Site — Complex Multi-WAN firewalls, segmentation, 10+ APs, advanced routing. CJIS / HIPAA-aligned. 6 hours onsite / month. For networks that can't go down — built redundant and segmented to clear compliance.
Managed Server 24/7 monitoring, OS patching, threat detection, performance and hardware health checks, event log review. Servers run the apps you can't work without. We catch the failing disk or missed patch before it becomes a Monday outage.
Cloud Backup File-level backup to secure offsite cloud. Recovery measured in hours. Best for production / file servers. When data is lost or encrypted, backup is the whole ballgame. Offsite copies keep a bad day from closing the business.
Backup Appliance Onsite appliance, image-level capture, local redundancy, failover. Recovery in minutes. Best for mission-critical systems. For systems where every minute of downtime costs money — restores in minutes, not hours, and fails over on the spot.
Onboarding is a real project, not a switch-flip. Before we manage anything, we deploy agents, harden security, and document your whole environment — and we absorb the coordination of the first month so the handoff is clean and nothing slips.
