Managed Site — Standard Most common: firewall, up to 4 switches, up to 8 APs, single-network. 3 hours onsite / month. $329 / mo per location
Managed Site — Complex Multi-WAN firewalls, segmentation, 10+ APs, advanced routing. CJIS / HIPAA-aligned. 6 hours onsite / month. $649 / mo per location
Managed Server 24/7 monitoring, OS patching, threat detection, performance and hardware health checks, event log review. $149 / mo per server
Cloud Backup File-level backup to secure offsite cloud. Recovery measured in hours. Best for production / file servers. $79 / mo per 2 TB
Backup Appliance Onsite appliance, image-level capture, local redundancy, failover. Recovery in minutes. Best for mission-critical systems. $279 / mo per 2 TB
One-time onboarding. $185 per device and $895 per new client site cover agent deployment, security configuration, environment documentation, and the coordination work of the first month.
