Every mailbox and login hangs off one asset — somebody should own it.
At most small companies, nobody can say for certain who owns the domain, when it renews, or whether the mail authentication is actually working. Managed Domain makes that a monitored, owned, same-day-changeable fact instead of a quiet risk.
The name it all hangs off. Watched, not forgotten.
A domain is one line item that gets remembered only when something breaks. Here is what keeping it from ever getting there looks like.
Renewal, on autopilot.
Auto-renew is on, registrar lock is on, WHOIS privacy is on, and expiry is a monitored date on our calendar — not a piece of mail that goes to an address nobody reads.
A DNS change that doesn’t wait a week.
Domain records are managed authoritatively, with changes made same-day and a change history you can actually read back later.
Mail authentication, brought to enforcement.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC get set up and moved to enforcement in stages, then monitored — along with third-party sender onboarding and mail-flow records, so a new tool never quietly breaks deliverability.
Watching for the domain that looks like yours.
Lookalike-domain watching and SSL expiry monitoring catch the certificate about to lapse and the copycat domain registered to run a phishing campaign in your name.
A domain registered years ago to a personal email address, at a company that no longer exists, renewing on a card that will eventually decline — that is how most small businesses actually lose control of their own name.
The problem.
Every mailbox, login, and certificate in your business depends on the domain — and at most small companies, nobody can say for certain who owns it, who renews it, or whether its mail authentication is even configured, let alone enforced.
Two things quietly go wrong here more than anywhere else. A domain registered to a personal email address at a company that no longer exists, renewing on a card that will eventually decline. And authentication left half-configured, so invoices land in spam and anybody in the world can send mail that looks like it came from you.
What we do.
Registration and renewal included, auto-renew on, registrar lock on, WHOIS privacy on, and expiry a monitored date rather than a piece of mail.
Authoritative DNS with same-day changes and a change history you can read — so a vendor's DNS request never waits a week on the one person who remembers the login.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up and moved to enforcement in stages, then monitored, along with third-party sender onboarding, mail-flow records, and forwarding and aliases.
Lookalike-domain watching and SSL certificate expiry monitoring, so the copycat and the lapsing certificate get caught before a customer does.
What’s not included.
Managed Domain covers the domain itself — records, authentication, renewal, and monitoring. It is not website hosting (that's Managed Website or, for a site we don't host, our DNS and certificate in front of it) and not mailbox administration (that's Managed Inbox). Content, branding, and trademark disputes over a domain name stay outside this service.
