When you opt into SMS communications, we collect your mobile phone number and may associate it with your name, business, or service account.
Your phone number is used solely to deliver SMS messages regarding support tickets, system alerts, scheduled maintenance, and event reminders. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You may also email support@micro-it.net or call (270) 816-5726 to request data removal.
Our SMS messages are delivered through secure third-party providers who comply with applicable privacy and security standards. These providers do not use your information for their own purposes.
Our website offers a virtual receptionist ("Iris") that answers questions and can help you book a call or request a quote. Conversations may be stored to improve our service and follow up on your request, and any contact details you choose to share (such as your name and email) are sent to our team. We do not store your IP address or full browser details with the transcript, and chat content is not sold or shared for marketing. To request removal of a chat record, email support@micro-it.net.
