Micro-IT runs from offices in Paducah, KY and Metropolis, IL — serving the Jackson Purchase, the Pennyrile, Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, and the Evansville Tri-State, with same-day onsite in driving range and remote support nationwide.
Two offices — Paducah, Kentucky and Metropolis, Illinois — put our engineers within a reasonable drive of most of Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, and Southwestern Indiana. Most support is remote on a ≤1-hour response; when a job needs hands on the hardware, onsite is in range. Beyond that range, we support clients remotely nationwide.
It's the same model everywhere: three modular plans — Managed Endpoint per device, Managed Inbox per mailbox, Managed Site per location — at published rates with no surprise fees, and the same defense-in-depth security stack on every client: EDR, 24/7 SOC monitoring, MFA enforcement, DNS filtering, and immutable, restore-tested backups.
