Two offices — Paducah, Kentucky and Metropolis, Illinois — put our engineers within a reasonable drive of most of Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, and Southwestern Indiana. This is river-and-rail country: the Calvert City chemical and industrial corridor, Kentucky Lake and Land Between the Lakes tourism, Murray State and the Jackson Purchase hospitals, Cape Girardeau and Carbondale healthcare, and the Evansville Tri-State manufacturing base. Most support is remote on a ≤1-hour response; when a job needs hands on the hardware, onsite is in range. Beyond it, we cover clients remotely nationwide.
